Here are 10 books, that I’m extremely thankful for.

1. The House in the Cerulean Sea by T.J. Klune
2. How to Be a Normal Person (How to Be #1) by T.J. Klune
I think we’re all in agreement that this past year has been… terrible. I’m thankful for both these books (and author really) because they never fail to lift my spirits or make me smile uncontrollably.

3. Whatever It Takes (Bad Reputation Duet #1) by Krista Ritchie, Becca Ritchie
4. How to Make a Wish by Ashley Herring Blake
I’m thankful for both these books, because I can clearly see my myself reflected in both main characters. It’s like each author got inside my head to create Willow Moore and Grace Glasser. I relate to them that much.

5. They Both Die at the End by Adam Silvera
6. Where She Went (If I Stay #2) by Gayle Forman
Both these books made me bawl my eyes out. Do you know how hard that is to get me to do?? Any book that pulls that much emotion out of me deserves my gratefulness.

7. Some Girls Bite (Chicagoland Vampires #1) by Chloe Neill
8. Magic Bites (Kate Daniels #1) by Ilona Andrews
Both these series gave me the chance to fully immerse myself in their worlds. I’m iffy when it comes to long series, they can go either way really. Most of the time I tend to lose interest around book 7, but both these series kept my attention until the very end.

9. Amour Amour (Aerial Ethereal #1) by Krista Ritchie, Becca Ritchie
10. Emmy & Oliver by Robin Benway
These books told me to follow my dreams and stand up for myself. Even if it may disappoint some, because ultimately, it’s my happiness on the line.
I can’t wait to read Klune!

They both died at the end has been on my watch list on and off a couple of times. Maybe I should just read it!
I am just as grateful that we still have wonderful books to keep us company, even when the whole world goes crazy around us.
Have a good Thanksgiving!
